Returns, Refund & Policy Statement

1. Custom Orders & Communication

  • Clients are required to provide a clear and detailed description of their desired design. Reference images are highly encouraged to ensure alignment on style and vision.

  • Accurate body measurements must be submitted via our online form. We strongly recommend having these taken by a professional tailor.

  • Any unique body characteristics, personal preferences, or specific design requests must be disclosed during the initial consultation.

2. Fabric & Design Process

  • When AnieeO Designs is responsible for fabric sourcing, full payment for materials is required before production can begin.

  • Clients will receive options from verified fabric vendors to choose preferred materials, patterns, colors, and accessories.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom orders.

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to initiate any project, including sourcing and design.

  • The remaining balance is due upon order completion, prior to shipping or delivery.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are billed separately, based on third-party courier rates and shipping destination.

4. Project Scope & Changes

  • The full project scope—design concept, number of garments, and estimated timeline—will be documented and approved in writing.

  • Any changes to the design, quantity, or agreed timeline after confirmation may result in additional fees.

5. Delivery & After-Sales Support

  • AnieeO Designs is responsible for:

    • Items that do not match the approved style or measurements.

    • Undelivered packages, provided the client can submit tracking or courier evidence.

  • We offer complimentary after-sales support for up to 3 weeks post-delivery. Adjustments requested beyond this window may not be accommodated.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • AnieeO Designs is not liable for any damages or alterations needed after delivery unless the issue is reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Due to our overseas production process, post-production alterations are limited. For this reason, precise and proactive communication is critical.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of each order, returns are not accepted unless an error is directly attributable to AnieeO Designs.

  • If a mistake was made on our part (e.g., wrong fabric, color, size outside the provided measurements), we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A discount on a future order, at our discretion.

  • If an issue arises from incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear client information, AnieeO Designs will not be held financially responsible.

Intellectual Property Notice

  • All designs, sketches, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of AnieeO Designs.

  • Clients are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute designs without prior written consent from AnieeO Designs.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate measurements, clear direction, and prompt communication throughout the process.

  • Timely submission of required reference materials, images, or approvals is essential for a smooth and successful outcome.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cancelled after production begins may incur partial or full project charges depending on progress.

  • All change requests must be submitted in writing and formally approved. No verbal or informal changes will be honored.
